LOST COMPANION

With smiles on our faces we sort for seeds, the euphoria feeling of nursing, beautiful beds smiling with just a Peck from the rising sun.

The bustle and hustle of search, trips to places, sweat arched faces, satisfaction comes when the leaves dance in their beds as the wind flow.

The final site welcome root clothed with a bright green top, damp, black coverage soothing the root, a shoot glowing cause of comfort.

Memories of slashing, the joy of harvest, bunches of fruit ripe and succulent, with pain comes gain, palms greeted with a pay after service.

Memories still alive as we watched the journey from years ago go down the drain, the pay can’t comfort the pain of a lost companion.
